I spent the afternoon at the spa at Hard Rock Hotel it was exactly what I needed. The massage was so good, the pool area was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were genuinely lovely. I walked in feeling tense and a bit over everything, and left feeling totally calm. Actually, why don’t I do this more often? I’m annoyed at myself now.

The amenities were disappointing. The pool area didn’t feel very clean, the gym machines looked old, and the room setup was way too basic for what they’re charging. We also had to wait forever for towels, and come on now, that should be the easy part. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth it

My booking was showing the wrong date after I paid, which made me think this was going to turn into one of those annoying customer service messes.

I reached out through hardrockhotel.com and, to my surprise, someone got back to me the same day. They were actually helpful, checked everything without making it feel complicated, and fixed the issue.

I got the corrected confirmation not long after. I wasn’t expecting it to be that smooth, but fair enough, they handled it well. 5 stars from me.

The pool was the best part of our stay by far, and that kind of says a lot. The water was clean, there were plenty of chairs when we went, and the music made it fun without being obnoxious. The staff around the pool were actually nice and came by often, which I appreciated. The kids loved it too. I’m just irritated that the hotel couldn’t make the rest of the stay feel as decent as the pool area. Whoever is managing the place should take notes from the pool staff, because they’re clearly the ones holding it together. I’d come back for the pool, but that’s really the only reason.

I usually trust my gut when booking places, and I was a little cautious about resort fees or random extra charges popping up. Thankfully, everything felt upfront before I booked, which made me feel a lot better.
Parking and add-ons can still bring the total up, so it’s worth checking those details, but I never felt like anything was hidden. What I paid at checkout matched what I expected, that was a relief.

The bed was really comfy, and I slept great all night. I was really happy with how cozy it felt.

Service also took longer than expected, which made the whole experience feel a bit disappointing. Not terrible, just didn’t really match what I thought I was getting.

The site looks nice overall, and I didn’t have much trouble finding the hotel pages or browsing through the photos. From my perspective, the booking info was mostly easy to understand, though a few pages loaded slower than I would’ve liked.

I did feel like I had to poke around more than expected just to find prices and room details. It wasn’t a bad experience, but to me it felt a little clunky when it could’ve been quicker and more straightforward...

Had a really fun night here. The slots actually paid out a bit and the staff was cool the whole time. Easy place to hang out and just enjoy yourself.

The lobby had a great look to it, the pool area felt like a place you actually wanted to hang out for a while, and even the hallways had some style instead of feeling plain or boring. It felt relaxed, but still had enough going on to keep it exciting. I’d definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for one night, i had mixed feelings. At first I was relieved because the room was clean enough and quiet, which was nice after a long day. But then I got into bed and felt a bit disappointed — the mattress was harder than I like, and the pillows were way too big for me. Nothing was really “bad,” and I did appreciate the calm room, but I just didn’t sleep very well. It was okay overall, just not as comfortable as I’d hoped

Loved the location, it was super easy to grab food, hit up shops, and get to the beach. didn’t really need a car much, which was clutch

I mostly stayed here for the music and entertainment, and like I said, the vibe is definitely fun if you're into that. The live band was a good time and the whole place has a cool rock-and-roll feel to it. But like I said, it did get a bit too loud for me at times, even later at night when I was hoping things would calm down. The staff were fine, nothing really stood out either way. If you like having music and energy around all the time, you'll probably enjoy it, but if you're trying to fully relax, it might not be the best choice

The nightlife was definitely fun and the drinks were decent. The bar just got way too packed, and the music was super loud. Not sure how to explain it, but it kind of went from energetic to overwhelming after a while. Service was also a little slow, but we still had an okay time

The food and drinks were cheaper than I thought they’d be, which was a nice surprise
